Time Warner Cable Club Success Foundations Course

A consistent, consultative and customer-focused sales process is
critical for the long-term success of our sales efforts. The Club
Success online training offers an opportunity to develop an account
executive’s ability to win on value rather than price, while also
unifying your team around a common mission, vision and sales process.
The Club Succes Foundations course teaches participants the
fundementals of the Commercial Sales System-a defined sales system that
models the profiles, methods and tools of the world's best sales
professionals and incorporates best practices contributed by Time
Warner commerical cable sales and management personnel. This intense,
six month course delivers an integrated system for penetrating the
marketplace with proven, proactive customer-focused sales strategies.
In May 2007, we will launch the next round of the Club
Success online sales training program. We encourage you to sign up account executives that have not previously
participated in the online training.
